Method of Delivery
All items are shipped First Class, USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested.  Requests for RUSH Delivery will be billed with an additional cost depending on USPS Postal Service Rates.

Order Processing
We strive to deliver all items within two to four weeks from the date of your order depending on destination. Items ordered at the same time are not necessarily shipped in the same package. Sales tax is added (7.75%) for orders shipped to California.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, or if you have a special or custom order, we will let you know via email when you can expect to receive it.

RUSH Orders
We will rush your order for an additional charge. Please contact us for availability and cost at sales@myaprilshowers.com.  Requests for RUSH Delivery will be billed an additional $25.00.

Generally, you may expect to receive your order within 3-5 days after we've shipped it.

Method of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card. Your order is processed via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) using the PayPal payment processing system. PayPal uses a secure gateway which means that your personal data is encrypted and cannot be viewed by a third party during transfer.

All packages are marked as merchandise - NO EXCEPTIONS.

PACKAGES REFUSED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Every effort is made to produce items as shown, however, April Showers reserves the right to substitute any pieces of a product, subject to availability.

30-Day Return Policy
You must, first, email us with the product detail and reason for returning the item(s) within thirty (30) days of receipt. We will provide you with a return authorization number, which you must include in the return shipment. All items must be returned in the "as shipped" condition within 7 days of receipt of return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR CUSTOMIZED/ PERSONALIZED ORDERS.

To Return Your Order

1. Send an email to orders@myaprilshowers.com to request a return authorization number.

2. Complete the return with written reason for return with the original packing materials.

3. Pack item(s) you are returning using the original packing materials, and include the packing slip. Cardboard boxes are available for purchase at your local post office.

4. Send the package via registered mail. This is the safest way to ship high-value items. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. April Showers Gifts (myaprilshowers.com) is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment.

5. Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area.

Do not label your package with words like crystal, costume jewelry, or other luxury-related words, as this invites possible theft of the package.

Important

Packages without a return authorization number cannot be accepted. Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted for refund.
